Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Consult and counsel clients on aesthetic treatments, packages, and skincare solutions.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective consultation and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Handle client objections, negotiate treatment plans, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and conversions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
