HeLa Clinic is a premium beauty, wellness, and longevity destination in Nashik, offering dermatology, aesthetics, weight-loss, longevity programs, a luxury salon. We are looking for a skilled, safety-conscious Laser Technician to operate advanced laser and energy-based devices, supporting the dermatologist and the beauty head in delivering dermatological and aesthetic treatments.
Role Summary
The Laser Technician will operate and manage laser and light-based devices for dermatological and aesthetic treatments — including hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation, and vascular treatments. Working closely with the dermatologist and the beauty head, you will prepare clients, operate equipment safely and precisely, and ensure every treatment meets clinical and premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery
· Operate laser, IPL, and energy-based devices for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and vascular treatments.
· Assist the dermatologist and beauty head during dermatological and aesthetic procedures.
· Perform pre-treatment skin assessment, patch tests, and parameter setting as per doctor's protocol.
· Monitor client comfort and safety throughout treatments and manage any reactions.
Clinical Support & Safety
· Follow strict safety, eye-protection, and hygiene protocols for laser operations.
· Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
· Ensure devices are calibrated, serviced, and in safe working condition.
· Adhere to clinic SOPs, sterilization, and infection-control standards.
Client Experience
· Explain procedures, expected results, and aftercare to clients clearly.
· Build trust and comfort, ensuring a premium client experience.
· Support the beauty head with consultation and treatment recommendations.
Operations
· Maintain device logs, consumables, and laser-room inventory.
· Coordinate scheduling and treatment flow with the clinical and salon teams.
· Report device issues or safety concerns to the dermatologist/management promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
· Diploma/certification in laser technology, cosmetology, or aesthetic technology (or equivalent).
· 1–3+ years of hands-on laser/energy-based device operation experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic.
· Strong understanding of skin types, laser safety, and treatment protocols.
· Precise, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented approach.
· Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
Preferred
· Experience with a range of devices — laser hair removal, IPL, Q-switch, fractional, and RF.
· Certification in laser safety or aesthetic technology.
· Experience in a premium dermatology or wellness clinic environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
