Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who can manage our online marketplace presence end-to-end.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMART, and be capable of managing listings, ads, and order flow efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management
- Handle product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMART
- Upload and update product information, images, pricing, and descriptions
- Ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date
2. Catalogue Management
- Create and maintain product catalogues
- Ensure proper categorization and SEO-friendly content
- Regularly update listings based on stock and performance
3. Advertising & Promotions
- Run and manage ads on marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Monitor ad performance and optimize for better results
- Plan basic promotional activities to improve visibility and sales
4. Order Management
- Track incoming orders from all platforms
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely processing
- Ensure smooth handover of orders to the dispatch department
5. Performance Monitoring
- Track sales performance, returns, and customer feedback
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest actions
- Maintain basic reports for management review
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART
- Knowledge of product listing and catalogue management
- Basic understanding of marketplace advertising
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and execution ability
- Basic Excel knowledge
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prior experience in E-commerce (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Graduate (preferred but not mandatory if experienced)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
