Recruiter (India)
Location: Bengaluru, India (Remote initially; transitioning to full-time in-office)

TechTorch is looking for a Recruiter to help scale our India team as we continue growing our consulting and technology business. This role will support hiring across our India operations while partnering closely with US- and EU-based leadership teams.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on finding and hiring exceptional talent quickly and efficiently.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, proactively source top candidates, coordinate interviews, and work closely with hiring managers across the United States, Europe and India to ensure strong hiring outcomes.
This is a role with significant autonomy and accountability.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance
Comfortable managing multiple roles and moving quickly in a fast-paced hiring environment
Source top talent through outbound outreach, referrals, and recruiting platforms
Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
Partner closely with hiring managers and manage relationships with recruiting vendors and external hiring partners as needed
Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Comfortable working with some overlap with US and/or EU business hours as needed for collaboration with leadership and hiring teams
Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Familiarity with the India recruiting landscape, compensation trends, and hiring practices
Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities
Experience using an ATS effectively; familiarity with Ashby is a plus
Experience hiring for consulting, technology, or professional services roles is a plus
Excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
