We are looking for a professional who can design and implement intelligent automation solutions using modern automation platforms, AI services, and large language models to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain end-to-end intelligent automation solutions by combining automation platforms with AI and LLM capabilities. You will work closely with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance productivity.
- Design and develop intelligent automation workflows using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and Workato
- Build end-to-end automations integrating APIs, SaaS applications, and enterprise systems
- Leverage AI services and LLMs to enable decision-making, content generation, and conversational automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Implement monitoring, error handling, and optimization for automation workflows
- Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of automation solutions
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in automation, intelligent automation, or digital process automation
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot, Workato, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning basics, and large language models (LLMs)
- Experience using AI services for document processing, chatbots, or workflow intelligence
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into automation solutions
- Self-driven mindset with a strong ownership and execution focus
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or AI Builder
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI or other LLM platforms
- Experience with RPA tools or low-code/no-code platforms
- Understanding of governance, security, and lifecycle management for automation platforms
