Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with database design and development using SQL Server or similar relational databases.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of agile software development lifecycle and practices.
Additional Information:
