- Strong experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText, including implementation, configuration, and support activities.
- Hands-on experience in VIM workflows, invoice processing, OCR integration, exception handling, and approval processes.
- Good knowledge of SAP FI integration with VIM, including vendor invoices, payment processes, and accounting document flows.
- Experience in configuring VIM components such as DP, ICC, BCC, and workflow customization based on business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot VIM issues, perform testing, documentation, and provide production support.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with business users, functional teams, and technical teams for process improvements.
