Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening brand positioning for the company’s tea portfolio. The role involves managing sales channels, developing marketing strategies, and leading a team to achieve business targets across retail, HoReCa, corporate, and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
· Manage and expand distribution networks including retail, wholesale, and modern trade.
· Drive business growth in HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment.
· Handle corporate sales, institutional sales, and bulk orders.
· Identify new market opportunities and onboard new distributors and partners.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Marketing & Brand Development:
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
· Develop strategies for private label, white label, and premium tea segments.
· Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities.
· Coordinate product launches, packaging development, and branding initiatives.
· Build strong brand positioning in domestic and international markets.
Business Development:
· Identify and develop new business verticals such as fitness/wellness teas, organic teas, and specialty blends.
· Expand presence in e-commerce platforms and modern trade channels.
· Develop partnerships with corporate clients for gifting solutions.
Team Management:
· Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales and BDM team.
· Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure target achievement.
· Provide regular guidance and market insights to the team.
Client Relationship Management:
· Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization.
Reporting & Analysis:
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
· Track ROI on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
· Provide insights and recommendations to management.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably FMCG/Tea industry).
· Strong knowledge of HoReCa, retail distribution, and corporate sales.
· Experience in handling private label and white label business is preferred.
