Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English language training, improving students' communication skills, and helping learners achieve their academic and professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English language classes.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises.
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to students.
- Create an interactive and positive learning environment.
- Support students in improving communication and presentation skills.
- Maintain attendance records and academic reports.
- Participate in academic meetings and training programs as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of competitive exam, IELTS, OET, PTE, or spoken English training is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
