- Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Source, screen and schedule candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records
- Support HR activities as required
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
