Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, monitoring team productivity, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present performance updates to management.
- Support team members in handling customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a sales team in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Ability to train and develop high-performing sales representatives.
