The Executive-Key Account Management plays a crucial role in the organization by managing and developing relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets and foster long-term business partnerships. The position involves understanding client needs, promoting products or services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Understand the clients & business goals and challenges.

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts.

Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall company sales objectives.

Achieve monthly team KRA targets Resolve issues that come up on calls/chats/emails
3. Account Planning and Strategy:

Develop and implement account plans tailored to each key account.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and promotional activities.
4. Communication and Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to key accounts.

Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting and Analysis:

Escalation management & coordination with multiple teams to resolve delivery concerns

Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market trends.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Present findings and recommendations to management.

Conduct regular audits and evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
