We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Production Manager to lead our softgel capsule manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in rotary die encapsulation, gelatin preparation, and complex suspension formulations. This leadership role is critical for ensuring that all production activities strictly adhere to the revised CDSCO Schedule M and WHO-GMP guidelines, while optimizing yields and maintaining flawless documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations Management
Manage the encapsulation of complex and bulky formulations (such as mineral suspensions and multi-vitamin blends), ensuring uniform dispersion, precise fill weights, and zero leakage.
Troubleshoot operational issues on the shop floor, specifically related to seal thickness variations, ribbon formation, and drying equilibrium relative humidity (ERH).
- Author, review, and execute Master Formula Records (MFR) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) with precise technical parameters.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date and reflect current regulatory expectations and operational best practices.
- Manage documentation transitions and version control, ensuring meticulous section-wise pagination and record integrity.
