Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential real estate buyers, qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and schedule site visits for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build trust over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.
- Receive and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment goals.
- Qualify leads based on the customer's interest and buying potential.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment plans.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects until closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Update lead status, call remarks, and customer feedback after every interaction.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the pre-sales process.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Good listening and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).

Pay: ₹13,670.41 - ₹55,640.44 per month
Work Location: In person
