Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Professor in Hotel Management to educate, mentor, and inspire students in hospitality and hotel management. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic knowledge, practical industry experience, and excellent teaching skills to prepare students for successful careers in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures in Hotel Management subjects as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions in Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Hospitality Operations.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, presentations, and practical assessments.
- Coordinate industrial visits, internships, and placement activities.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and documentation as per institutional requirements.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation activities, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and attend faculty development programs.
- Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and hospitality-related events.
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance student learning and placement opportunities.
- Perform administrative and departmental duties assigned by the Head of the Department.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
