Job Summary:
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, booking diagnostic tests, coordinating home sample collections, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from booking to report delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. Assist customers with test information, pricing, and package details. Guide customers through the booking process.
Appointment & Home Collection Management Schedule and coordinate home sample collection appointments.
Assign bookings to phlebotomists and track completion. Ensure timely communication regarding appointment status.
Customer Support & Resolution Address customer queries and complaints professionally. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments. Follow up on pending requests and ensure closure.
Sales & Conversion Support Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Promote preventive health check-up packages and special offers.
Support customer retention and repeat bookings. Report Coordination Assist customers in accessing and understanding report delivery timelines. Coordinate with operations and laboratory teams for report-related queries.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
Customer-centric approach. Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) Lead-to-Booking Conversion Rate Call Quality Score Appointment Booking Accuracy Escalation Resolution Time Repeat Customer Percentage Preferred Candidates Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, hospitals, laboratories, or health-tech companies. Familiarity with home sample collection operations. Knowledge of diagnostic tests and health packages is an added advantage.
