We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Match candidate qualifications with client job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer acceptance.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (fresh graduates with strong recruitment skills are welcome to apply).
- Experience in agency recruitment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
