The Cashier is responsible for handling customer orders, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment. The role ensures accurate billing, smooth transaction processing, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food & beverage orders politely.
- Enter orders accurately into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Process different types of payments (cash, card, UPI, digital wallets).
- Issue bills and provide receipts to customers.
- Maintain accuracy in billing and cash handling.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery.
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Follow company policies and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
