*About the Position*
HyreSpot is looking for a proactive and energetic Field Recruiter to expand our candidate network and support our growing recruitment operations.
This is a field-oriented recruitment position for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing contacts, identifying potential candidates, and converting hiring opportunities into successful joins.
The person in this role will work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team while independently exploring candidate sources such as local communities, colleges, training institutes, job fairs, referrals, job portals, and social media.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Identify and attract suitable candidates through field visits, referrals, online platforms, educational institutions, training centres, and local professional networks.
* Meet candidates personally to understand their qualifications, experience, career interests, availability, and preferred job opportunities.
* Conduct preliminary screening and shortlist candidates based on the requirements provided by the recruitment team.
* Organize and participate in walk-in interviews, recruitment campaigns, hiring drives, job fairs, and other talent acquisition activities.
* Coordinate candidate interviews with the internal recruitment team and ensure candidates receive timely information about the process.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates and support them through documentation, selection, and joining.
* Develop candidate networks within the assigned territory and continuously identify new sources for quality applicants.
* Establish professional relationships with colleges, training institutes, placement centres, local organizations, and other talent pools.
* Introduce candidates to HyreSpot's career opportunities and communicate job information clearly and professionally.
* Assist the HR team in local employer-branding and candidate-engagement activities.
* Monitor recruitment activity within the assigned area and identify effective methods for attracting candidates.
* Share candidate feedback and local market information, including availability of talent and hiring trends, with the HR team.
* Maintain accurate candidate details and ensure recruitment records are updated on time.
* Submit daily and weekly activity reports covering sourcing, calls, meetings, interviews, selections, and joining status.
* Work towards assigned recruitment targets and contribute to the team's overall hiring performance.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
