About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Business Loan Officers to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will work with company-provided leads to help small business owners access the financing they need — no cold calling required.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on company-provided leads for Business Loan products
- Call and meet potential customers to explain loan offerings and eligibility
- Collect and verify required documents from customers
- Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Meet monthly targets for loan conversions
- What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in loan sales, banking, or BFSI (candidates with 2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of loan documentation and processing
- Willingness to work in field across assigned Bangalore locations
