Job Overview:
We are looking for two dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to accelerate our company's growth. As a BDM, you will be the face of Manjaly Infrastructures, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue. We are strictly looking for candidates who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors across Thrissur and neighboring regions.
- Client Acquisition: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, investors, and corporate partners to present our portfolio of modern architectural projects.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, real estate agents, and local businesses.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop strategic sales plans to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Negotiate contract terms and close high-value deals.
- Market Research: Monitor local real estate trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position Manjaly Infrastructures effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in Malayalam and English is required.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner.
