Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and transfer calls to the concerned department.
- Maintain visitor records and reception area cleanliness.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews as required.
- Manage incoming emails, messages, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for administrative support.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records systematically.
- Assist in data entry, report preparation, and basic computer-related tasks.
- Handle courier dispatches, deliveries, and office stationery requirements.
- Ensure professional communication, formal appearance, and positive behavior at all times.
Requirements:
✔ Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
✔ Professional attitude and customer-friendly approach
✔ Presentable personality with formal dressing sense
✔ Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
