Job Summary
The Video Presenter cum Content Creator will be the face of Yesjay Associates, representing the brand across digital and offline platforms. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, presenting videos, anchoring events, planning employee engagement initiatives, and driving the company's digital presence by leveraging the latest social media trends and innovative content ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Yesjay Associates professionally across all digital and offline platforms.
- Present educational, promotional, and brand videos with confidence.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, Reddit, and other emerging social media platforms.
- Research social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and audience preferences to recommend innovative content strategies.
- Develop content ideas, write scripts, and participate in campaign planning.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Design, and Video Production teams to produce high-quality content.
- Anchor corporate events, seminars, webinars, product launches, live sessions, and internal programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, cultural events, and workplace initiatives.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the company's digital presence and employer branding.
- Build and maintain a professional personal brand while representing Yesjay Associates.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media partners when required.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and anchoring skills.
- Confident on-camera personality with natural acting and storytelling abilities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content trends.
- Excellent dressing sense, fashion awareness, and professional grooming.
- Ability to perform self-makeup and styling for video shoots and events.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
