Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis of customer-reported problems and provide timely solutions.
- Perform testing and validation of embedded products using tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Document customer interactions, technical solutions, and product issues in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies to provide informed support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in embedded system support/testing.
