Job Title: Business Development Associate
The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy. This role involves market research, lead generation, sales support, and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive insights
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline progress
- Attend meetings, conferences, and networking events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
