Academic Coordinator
*Role Overview*: The Academic Coordinator manages day-to-day academic operations and supports faculty, students, and administration to ensure smooth delivery of curriculum and learning outcomes.
*Key Responsibilities*: - *Curriculum & Scheduling*: Organize timetables, course schedules, and academic calendars. Coordinate with faculty to align content with syllabus requirements.
Student Support*: Monitor student progress, attendance, and academic performance. Address student queries and escalate issues to senior management when needed.
-Quality Assurance : Conduct regular checks on teaching standards, assessments, and feedback. Prepare reports for management on academic performance and improvement areas. - *Events & Coordination*: Plan academic events, workshops, exams, and parent-teacher meetings. Liaise between students, parents, and faculty. *Qualifications*: - *Education*: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Education or relevant field preferred. -
