Job Description
Biro Power Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled Welder/Fabricator to manufacture agricultural machinery and food processing equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, and machine assembly.
Responsibilities
- Perform ARC/MIG welding on MS structures and machine components.
- Fabricate machine frames, sheet metal parts, and assemblies.
- Read fabrication drawings and execute work accurately.
- Operate cutting, grinding, drilling, and welding equipment.
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of jobs.
- Assist in machine assembly, installation, and testing.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop.
Requirements
- ITI (Welder) or equivalent preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
- Experience in agricultural machinery or industrial equipment fabrication is preferred.
- Knowledge of ARC/MIG welding (TIG welding is an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
