Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate walk-ins.
- Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Track and replenish office stationery and supplies.
- Support HR and administration activities as required.
- Prepare reports, data entries, and MIS updates.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office and administrative operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Administration, or Customer Service roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil.
- Experience in handling visitors, calls, and office administration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
