Responsibilities:
- Lead quality, patient safety, and accreditation programs across the hospital.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality indicators, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage CAPA processes and address quality-related issues.
- Coordinate accreditation activities and maintain audit readiness.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient care quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality systems and accreditation standards.
- Previous experience as a Quality Head in a healthcare organization is mandatory.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
