Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives with a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within industrial, chemical, or related sectors. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial coating products
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across target industries
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client retention
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
- 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of business development and sales cycle
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Additional Requirements
- Must own a personal vehicle and laptop
- Open to ~75% field travel
- Comfortable with a 2-year service agreement
