Key Responsibilities
Guest Handling & Reception
- Welcome guests warmly at arrival
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Verify guest details and provide room information
Communication & Coordination
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Provide accurate information about hotel services
Reservations & Bookings
- Manage room reservations (online/offline)
- Update booking systems and availability
- Handle walk-in guests professionally
Guest Relations
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude
Billing & Payments
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Handle cash, card, and online transactions
- Maintain proper billing records
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain guest records and documentation
- Prepare daily reports (occupancy, arrivals, departures)
- Ensure front desk area is clean and organized
Safety & Security
- Follow hotel safety procedures
- Handle guest data confidentially
- Monitor visitor access and room keys
