As the Social Media Manager at Haris&Co, you are the strategic and operational lead for 6–8 brands, managing their social media presence from start to finish. You will be responsible for creating and executing customized strategies, planning content calendars, overseeing influencer campaigns, and ensuring every aspect of social media marketing runs smoothly for your assigned clients. You’ll take complete ownership of brand performance, acting as the primary point of contact within the department, and making sure objectives are met with creativity, precision, and consistency.
You’ll work closely with writers, designers, the production team, and juniors to deliver high-quality, on-brand content while meeting deadlines and performance targets. Your role involves managing campaigns, optimizing paid ads, tracking results, and staying ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools. In addition, you’ll play a key role in mentoring team members, representing your brands in client interactions, and contributing to the department’s growth and expansion. From daily posting and engagement to long-term strategic planning, you will handle the A-to-Z of social media marketing, ensuring that every campaign you lead delivers measurable results.

1. Brand Management
- Handle 6 to 8 brands at a time.
- Manage A to Z Social Media Marketing related activities of assigned clients
- Customize strategies, write captions, contents and create content calendars based on brand objectives and audience.
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns to increase engagement and reach.
- Take complete ownership of all social media activities for assigned brands — you represent the department to the client.
2. Daily Responsibilities
- Post and schedule daily content on Social Media Platforms etc.
- Write engaging contents, captions and coordinate with the team to deliver posts on time.
- Respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and engage followers.
- Stay alert to trends and integrate them into your content when relevant.
- Manage daily paid boosting or ads.
- Conduct ongoing research for upcoming brand plans and campaign ideas.
- Join and contribute to creative meetings with design and content teams.
- Ensure you meet performance targets: follower growth, reach, and engagement rates.
- Spend time with Department Head & Team leads to contribute to team development, improve project management skills, and bring fresh creative ideas to the table and collaborate in Expansion Plans and Business Development of the Department.
- Spend time weekly to explore and learn about new trends and AI, social media platform updates, and emerging digital tools to stay ahead in the industry.
- Be flexible and responsive — especially for urgent, time-sensitive content.
3. Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and run paid campaigns or boosted posts using the allocated budget.
- Define objectives clearly and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Coordinate and lead influencer collaborations from start to finish.
4. Reporting & Tracking
- Submit weekly and monthly brand performance reports.
- Keep updated trackers for:
- Content calendars
- Post approvals and publishing
- Ad budgets and performance
- Submit your personal monthly work report for performance reviews.
5. Tools & Optimization
- Use platforms like Meta Suite, Sprout Social, ManyChat, Bik, etc for planning and tracking and Automating.
- Stay updated with platform features, trends, and algorithms.
- Test new tools and formats regularly to improve brand results.
6. Collaboration & Support
- Work with writers, designers, and the production team to create and execute high-quality content.
- Assist or direct production (shoots, video, content) when required.
- Guide junior team members or interns.
- Attend and Conduct Regular pitches, brainstorming, or client meetings as needed.
- Participate in on-screen content creation when needed, like doing voice-overs, acting, presentations or appearing in videos.
- Be the main contact and representative of your brands within the department.
7. Your Role in the Team
- Be the strategic and operational lead for assigned brands.
- Ensure content calendars and strategies are planned and submitted at least one month in advance.
- Always work with buffer content prepared ahead of deadlines, to allow for review and timely publishing.
- Take full ownership of your clients’ social media success — from content to performance.
- Align closely with department head and team leads for growth planning.
- After meeting monthly targets, you can participate and contribute to business development and expansion plannings of department.
- You will report directly to the Social Media Team Lead for all approvals, updates, and performance reviews.
