About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Event Executive to execute Gofig's corporate events, university events and brand promotion campaigns.
You will be responsible for coordinating, promoting, executing, and closing events while ensuring a seamless experience for attendees, partners, and participating brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Execution
- Lead on-ground event operations and ensure flawless execution.
- Manage event setup, branding, product displays, registrations, and participant flow.
- Coordinate with event staff, promoters, and vendors.
- Ensure all event objectives and partner expectations are met.
Promotion & Audience Engagement
- Actively promote Gofig and participating brands during events.
- Engage attendees through product sampling, demonstrations, games, and conversations.
- Drive participation, footfall, and overall event engagement.
- Represent Gofig professionally and create a positive attendee experience.
Event Closure & Reporting
- Manage event wrap-up activities and inventory reconciliation.
- Collect participant feedback, photos, videos, and engagement data.
- Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, product distribution, key outcomes, and recommendations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in event management, promotions, hospitality, marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable engaging with large groups and representing the company on the ground.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
