Job Description – Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Developers
Background
The Enterprise Systems Division operates a complex Oracle enterprise environment supporting critical HR, payroll, finance, procurement, and operational processes across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud platforms.
To support ongoing enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and business-critical operations, the organisation requires experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developers to provide advanced development and L3 technical support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Oracle EBS technical development and L3 support services.
- Support enhancements, integrations, workflows, reporting, and custom developments.
- Ensure system stability during critical HR, payroll, and finance processing cycles.
- Support upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
- Develop and maintain technical objects across Oracle EBS modules and integrated systems.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong Oracle EBS R12.2.x technical development experience.
- Advanced PL/SQL and SQL development skills.
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, XML/BI Publisher.
- Experience in RICEFW objects, APIs, interfaces, conversions, and data migration.
- Unix/Linux shell scripting experience.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM integration architecture.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database 12c+, AOL components, and performance tuning.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of Oracle EBS technical development experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR, payroll, finance, and procurement environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle Support (MOS), patching, and upgrade activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Oracle certifications will be an added advantage.
