Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can drive new business, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role is a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, and references
- Pitch RGB’s services (branding, UI/UX, social media, web, performance marketing) to potential clients
- Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation → meeting → proposal → closure
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Work on proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and track leads, conversions, and follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in sales or business development (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and design services
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling
- Ability to close deals and negotiate effectively
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Existing client network or industry connections
- Experience working with startups, SMEs, or corporate clients
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, etc.
