Role Overview:
Hegde Gardenia is looking for a Telecalling Executive with experience in real estate to support plot sales through effective customer communication and lead follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding plot sales
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits
- Explain project details and address customer queries
- Maintain proper records of calls and lead updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate plot sales
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Working Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
