Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in the garment/apparel industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing suitable candidates for factory and office positions, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for garment manufacturing and apparel operations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and factory managers.
- Manage bulk hiring for production, tailoring, merchandising, quality control, and support staff.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring and factory recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in garment/apparel/textile industry.
- Experience hiring for production and factory roles is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
