Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them through both live chat and phone calls. Your goal is to provide quick, friendly, and effective solutions to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Support: Handle inbound customer calls and live chat sessions simultaneously or in rotation.
- Problem Solving: Listen to customer concerns, identify the issue, and provide the correct solution or workaround.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to answer questions accurately.
- Documentation: Accurately update customer records and notes in our system after every interaction.
Requirements
Communication Skills: Must speak clearly for phone calls and write with correct grammar for chat.
Problem-Solving: A patient attitude with the ability to find solutions for customer issues calmly.
Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple software tools at once.
