# Job Title: US IT Recruiter **Location:** Noida (On-site) **Experience:** 1–2 Years ## Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented **US IT Recruiter** with 1–2 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. ## Key Responsibilities * Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience. * Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within the given timelines. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. * Negotiate compensation and facilitate the offer process. * Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database. * Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. * Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS. * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets. ## Required Skills * 1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. * Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter. * Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. ## Why Join Us? * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team. * Professional growth and learning opportunities. * Performance-based incentives. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. **Location:** Noida (On-site) **Experience:** 1–2 Years
