Architect (4–6 Years Experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to lead residential and commercial architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed designs.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for seamless project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Mentor junior architects and oversee design team activities.
- Present design proposals and modifications to clients and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 4–6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Photoshop (Revit preferred).
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and municipal regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury residential and villa projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
