Job Summary
The Accidental Advisor is responsible for handling accidental repair cases, coordinating with customers, insurance companies, surveyors, and workshop teams to ensure smooth repair processes and customer satisfaction. The role includes vehicle inspection, insurance claim support, repair estimation, and timely delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers with accidental vehicle repair requirements
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare preliminary damage reports
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim processing and approvals
- Prepare repair estimates and explain repair procedures to customers
- Follow up on insurance approvals and repair status
- Coordinate with body shop technicians and workshop teams
- Ensure timely repair completion and vehicle delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation related to insurance and repairs
- Handle customer complaints and provide regular service updates
- Ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of automobile body repairs and insurance processes
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Computer knowledge and documentation skills

Experience
- 1–5 years in automobile service, body shop, or insurance coordination
- Freshers with automobile knowledge may also be considered

Working Hours
- General shift / rotational shift based on operational requirements
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
