Job Summary
Radnus Communication is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation, and online campaign management. If you are passionate about building brands and generating leads through digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content, captions, and marketing creatives.
- Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and keyword research.
- Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for promotional campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in social media marketing and content planning.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
