Job Summary
The Supply Chain Management Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of order processing, warehouse appointments, dispatch planning, transportation, inventory movement, and timely deliveries. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Transporters, and Customers to ensure efficient execution of the supply chain process while maintaining high service levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Dispatch Management
- Coordinate order processing with the Sales team.
- Prepare daily dispatch plans based on customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order confirmation and dispatch.
- Monitor pending orders and coordinate for timely execution.
Warehouse Delivery Appointment Management
- Schedule delivery appointments with Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and Distribution warehouses.
- Coordinate appointment bookings through customer portals and emails.
- Ensure appointment confirmations before dispatch.
- Maintain appointment calendars and avoid missed slots.
- Resolve appointment-related issues with warehouse teams.
- Track appointment compliance and report delays.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement.
- Monitor shipment movement until delivery.
- Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) collection.
- Optimize transportation costs.
Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding stock availability.
- Monitor inventory movement.
- Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
Customer Coordination
- Maintain communication with customers regarding dispatch schedules.
- Resolve delivery-related queries.
- Handle urgent delivery requirements.
Documentation
- Prepare dispatch documentation.
- Maintain transporter records.
- Ensure GST and e-way bill compliance.
- Maintain appointment and dispatch records.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily dispatch reports.
- Generate OTIF reports.
- Share delivery status reports with management.
- Analyze logistics performance.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Coordination, or Distribution Management.
