Position Title:- Client Servicing Executive
Location:- Mumbai
Objective of the role:- To ensure smooth client communication, coordination, documentation, and service delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:-
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare client reports, documentation, and updates.
- Manage client agreements, invoicing, and coordinate billing processes.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Competencies/Skills & Qualifications:-
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in client servicing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
