Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Picker / Packer / Warehouse Associates to join our warehouse operations team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and seamless warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order requirements.
- Pack products securely and accurately to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products are free from damage, defects, or expiry issues.
- Assist with inventory management, stock counting, and stock replenishment activities.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational concerns to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Support daily warehouse operations and other assigned tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Age: 18–30 years preferred.
- Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle packages safely.
- Good work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
