Delcom Telesystems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to support our growing business in IP Surveillance, Industrial Solutions, and Networking & Security Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
- Promote and sell IP Surveillance, Networking, Security, and Industrial Solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for successful execution.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or Security Solutions Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and provide solution-based selling.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.
