Qualification
Marketing Manager (College Branding & Digital Marketing)
- Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- MBA with specialization in Marketing is preferred.
- Certification or knowledge in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Branding is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduate/Postgraduate qualification from a recognized university.
- Experience in college branding, admissions marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel for admission campaigns, school visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Roles and Responsibilities (College Branding, Digital Marketing & Overall Planning)College Branding
- Develop and strengthen the overall brand image and reputation of the institution.
- Plan branding strategies for admissions, academic achievements, placements, events, and institutional activities.
- Ensure consistent use of the college logo, design, and communication across all platforms.
- Coordinate with departments for promotional content, success stories, and achievements.
- Build relationships with schools, coaching centers, alumni, media, and community organizations.
Digital Marketing
- Manage the official website, social media accounts, and online campaigns.
- Create and publish engaging content including posters, videos, reels, testimonials, and event updates.
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital advertisements.
- Monitor SEO and improve online visibility of the institution.
- Track digital campaign performance and generate analytical reports.
- Respond to online inquiries and support admission lead generation activities.
Overall Marketing & Planning
- Prepare annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with admission targets and institutional goals.
- Coordinate admission campaigns, education fairs, school visits, seminars, and outreach programs.
- Work closely with management, admission teams, and academic departments.
- Plan marketing budgets and optimize promotional expenses.
- Analyze competitor institutions and market trends.
- Develop strategies to improve student enrollment, engagement, and retention.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
