Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition operations.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment reporting. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals while contributing directly to the growth of a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support interview processes and collect feedback from hiring managers.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
- Contribute to employer branding activities and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hiring processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong ownership mindset.

Location: Cyno Office, E-362, Veer Savarkar Block, Block E, Nirman Vihar, Preet Vihar, Delhi – 110092.
Duration: 3 Months
Internship Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Compensation: ₹10,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week
(Monday to Friday – Full Day | Saturday – Half Day)
