The CTO manages the team of lead and principal engineers who deliver the corporate VLSI training
courses. Also he/she mentors all the trainers and guide them to build domain expertise. The CTO is
responsible for creating the next generation of VLSI projects and courses. The CTO directly reports to
CEO and supports the CEO to grow business by introducing new advanced VLSI training programs.
Job Description :
20+ years of experience in VLSI - Product/Services/EDA Company.
Protocol knowledge: DDR/LPDDR 4/5, USB 3/Later, PCIe 4/5, Ethernet, AMBA and other SoC
interface protocols
IP/VIP development - Good knowledge and experience in the complete product development
cycle
IP/Sub-system/SoC verification - Good knowledge and experience in the complete flow
Experience in using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM extensively
ASIC/FPGA implementation of any System/SoC is an added advantage
Good verbal & written communication skills
Should be a good technical mentor/project guide and team player
Sound technical knowledge, VLSI and EDA skills are mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
Project Development: Develop IP/SoC verification projects as case studies using Synopsys
IPs/VIPs for the corporate training courses
Mentorship: Train, coach, and guide the lead and principal engineers on the projects and make
them competent to deliver the advanced VLSI corporate training courses
Corporate Training: Train experienced engineers[Workforce] for the corporates using our
corporate training courses on the protocols - USB/LPDDR/PCIe/Ethernet/AMBA/SoC Interfaces
Corporate Training: Train experienced engineers[Workforce] for the corporates using our
corporate training courses on IP/VIP development methodology/flow/process
Team Building: Hire new resources and train them as expert trainers for the corporate training
programs
Corporate Training: Work with the business development team to define the curriculum and create
new advanced VLSI corporate
