Role Overview
- Job Title: Brand Ambassador / Social Media Influencer (Ayurveda & Cosmetics)
- Department: Marketing & Brand Communications
- Objective: To drive brand awareness, educate consumers on the benefits of Ayurvedic ingredients, and increase conversion through authentic content creation and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, X (Twitter) including Reels, tutorials, "get ready with me" (GRWM) videos, and educational carousel posts.
- Showcase product textures, application methods, and long-term results to build consumer trust.
- Educational Storytelling:
- Translate complex Ayurvedic principles into digestible, relatable content for modern audiences.
- Highlight key natural ingredients (e.g., Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Brahmi) and explain their specific benefits for skincare and holistic health.
- Community Management:
- Actively interact with followers in the comment sections and via DMs to build a loyal, engaged community.
- Host periodic "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) sessions regarding beauty routines and wellness.
- Campaign Collaboration:
- Participate in seasonal product launches, photoshoots, and live-streaming events.
- Track performance metrics (engagement rate, click-throughs, and referral conversions) to refine content strategy.
- Trend Adaptation:
- Stay updated on beauty and wellness trends while ensuring all content maintains the authenticity of our Ayurvedic roots.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven track record of building a digital presence in the beauty or wellness space.
- Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of Ayurveda, natural skincare, and cosmetic safety.
- Aesthetic Sensitivity: Excellent eye for photography, video editing, and brand-aligned visual storytelling.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Authentic passion for holistic health and clean beauty.
- Ability to work independently and manage a consistent content calendar.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
